Consistency is key when it comes to Facial Cupping. When you start Facial Cupping, it is important that you use your Facial Cup consistently to begin to increase blood circulation in your facial muscles. We use our facial muscles every day but we very rarely do anything to relax them.
Starting facial cupping is like waking up those muscles and telling them you are going to take care of them. You need to get these muscles accustomed to this new facial routine. They will thank you by sculpting your face and making your skin glow!
In my 6-Step Protocol, I recommend that you use your Facial Cup for 5 minutes every day for the first week. In the second week, I recommend using your Facial Cup every other day. Then, from the third week onwards, use your Facial Cup one to three times a week.
Once you are familiar with using your Facial Cups after the first week, you won’t even need to look at yourself in the mirror while using them; it will become second nature.
You will be able to read a book, relax on your sofa, or watch your favorite Netflix series whilst boosting your collagen production with your Facial Cup.
