Incorporating a healthy diet that includes food that helps your skin glow, as well as making sure you are drinking enough water, will help maximize the benefits of your Facial Cupping routine.
Remember that skin needs moisture to stay flexible – even mild dehydration will cause your skin to look dry, tired and dull. It can also cause more visible small lines and wrinkles and your complexion may appear uneven.
We need to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day to keep up our hydration at its best level.
I always start and finish my day with a cup of hot water with a slice of lemon. It helps her to keep hydrated and to flush the toxins away.
