If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused, undamaged, unopened goods to me in their original condition within 7 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, and without exception. I cannot accept returns on opened, used or damaged goods as I guarantee the purity, freshness and authenticity of the products.

I’ll issue a refund (which will include the costs of the original delivery/order, but not the cost of returning any goods), on receipt of unused Goods in their original condition.

The Goods are your responsibility until they reach me. For your own protection, I recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and ensure that they are packaged appropriately to avoid damage in transit. Please retain your receipt as proof of postage.
