How can I clean my facial cups?
If you're using the cups only for your own personal use, and only on yourself, you can simply wash the cups with warm soapy water.
Once they're clean, let them air dry on a clean surface (a clean towel for example) or dry them with a lint free cloth.
From time to time, you can disinfect your cups with Barbicide, or with Milton sterilizing tablets.

Can I use the facial cups while pregnant?
Absolutely! Facial Cupping is generally very safe during pregnancy. However, as a general rule, you should avoid cupping on the stomach and lower back, as well as on the back of the shoulders. These areas are the location of acupuncture points used to trigger labor. In other words, just keep the cups on your face! You might also want to adapt the strength of the suction. Be gentle. What you want to achieve is to move the Qi gently in the face more than getting rid of stubborn wrinkles
