SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time:

Please allow 1-3 business days for the distribution centres to process orders.

If I’m experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your & order, I’ll contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your &tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please keep an eye on the tracking for your package. Shipping companies generally attempt to deliver multiple times and leave a note at the address if nobody is available to receive the package. TFCE is not responsible for any packages ‘returned to sender’ due to the customer unable to accept or collect the package within the time frame.

Any claims for unreceived packages must be submitted within 2 months of order purchase date. Please email hello@thefacialcuppingexpert.com if you’re concerned about the arrival of your package within this timeframe so I can help find a solution.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, I’m unable to accommodate any modifications to the order details. This includes address adjustments, item changes, and cancellation requests. I kindly request that you thoroughly review quantities, addresses, and items before finalizing your checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Please note: Customer pays Duty, Taxes, and/or any Import Fees

I currently offer worldwide shipping:

Orders to the UK, Luxemburg, Norway and Switzerland are shipped from the UK. Orders to anywhere else in the world are shipped from the USA. Since Brexit happened, all the orders to Europe are now shipped from the USA.

I had too many issues shipping from the UK.

Please be aware that the shipping timeline can vary (depending on location, customs processing etc.). Customs can take up to 2+ weeks to clear packages.

I DO NOT offer dynamic international shipping rates, which means customers are responsible to pay for additional charges by the destination country. Customs charges may include, but are not limited to: duties, taxes, and any import fees. You will be responsible for duty and taxes for international shipping upon arrival.
