SHIPPING POLICY

UK & USA:

I currently offer FREE shipping for all orders above £40 / $70 to the UK and USA.

All orders to the US and UK less than £40/$70 will have a small £4 / $6 charge.

Delivery times:

UK Delivery Time: 3-7 business days.
US Delivery Time: 3-10 business days

For other countries, I charge a flat rate listed below.

Europe

  • - Flat charge depending on the European country: £12/£15/£18
  • - Fedex + local postal service. Delivery Time: 4-15 Days
  • - Please note: I cover EU import fees for all order totals under €150

Orders above €150, the customer will have to pay VAT and duties when they receive their parcel. Tip: If your total is over €150, split into separate orders and space them out by at least 2 hours so they aren't automatically shipped together. Please email me if you are in doubt before placing your order.

Australia, Canada, Singapore, New Zealand 

  • - Flat charge: £12
  • - Delivery Time: 4-21 Days with DHL then it gets passed onto your local post service
  • - Australia delivery: roughly 2 weeks
  • - Shipping fees exclude duties and import charges which may be charged additionally on arrival.

    • Important Notice for Canadian Orders 🇨🇦

  • Orders to Canada are shipped from the US. Due to recent changes in government policy, import taxes and handling fees on arrival have increased. I’m really sorry about this—it’s unfortunately out of my control. Please take this into account when placing your order. Any questions, feel free to email me at hello@thefacialcuppingexpert.com.
  • Due to the recent Canada Post strike, orders to Canada may experience delays. All orders are still shipped from my distribution centre in the USA, but once they reach Canada, they may be held or move slowly through the postal system. If you're not willing to wait, please do not place an order at this time, as I can't guarantee when it will arrive.

All other countries not listed above:

  • - Delivery Time: 4-21 Days via DHL, then it get passed onto the local post service.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

All wholesale orders include a flat shipping and packing fee. The exact amount varies based on your country and the quantity of items you order. When placing a wholesale order, only add wholesale items to your cart. Mixing wholesale and regular items will result in double shipping fees. Instead, create separate orders for wholesale and non-wholesale items.
EU Wholesale Orders are shipped from the UK. See Europe section above about import fees. Large facial cup and oil orders are shipped from France/Morocco. Please email for orderering information.
