Your order typically ships from our fulfilment centers (in the UK and US) within 1-2 business days after your order confirmation. We are a small team working as hard as we can, so we appreciate your understanding!
Do you ship orders to the EU? If so, how will orders to the EU be shipped?
Yes, we ship to the EU. To get your order to you, we’ve partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the EU 150 euros and under. However it means higher shipping and duty fees for the customer.
Due to Covid-19, there is a potential that packages may be delayed in transit. Please be patient & understanding during such difficult times.
The Facial Cupping Expert (TFCE Ltd) is not responsible for any additional customs fees that may occur during the shipping process. However as they’re paid at checkout, this shouldn’t occur. Unfortunately, once the package has shipped, we are unable to refund shipping fees as the payment has been made to the postal carrier. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
If your order is held at customs in your country, you are responsible to contact your local post office and retrieve the package on your own. We do not give back refunds to items that are held in customs. Only after the package is released & sent back to our fulfillment center, the refund will be made. This could take from 3-4 weeks from the date the package arrived in your country.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email [email protected] We’ll get back to you within 2 business days.

Most of our carriers make more than one attempt to deliver a parcel. If they for some reason fail to deliver your parcel to the address provided, the parcel will most likely be moved to your nearest post office. You will then be responsible to pick it up no later than 5 working days; else you risk your package getting sent back to our fulfillment center. If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we’ll issue a full refund excluding delivery charges.

Shipping to Europe Due to brexit new rules and taxes, I’m currently not shipping to Europe (unless it is the PRO KIT from the Facial Cupping Online Course for Professionals) until I find a sustainable solution. Please check back after Christmas. I hope to be back to Europe soon!
