Please allow 1-3 business days for the distribution centres to process orders.
If I’m experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I’ll contact you via email.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Please keep an eye on the tracking for your package. Shipping companies generally attempt to deliver multiple times and leave a note at the address if nobody is available to receive the package. TFCE is not responsible for any packages ‘returned to sender’ due to the customer unable to accept or collect the package within the time frame.
Any claims for unreceived packages must be submitted within 2 months of order purchase date. Please email [email protected] if you’re concerned about the arrival of your package within this timeframe so I can help find a solution.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, I’m unable to accommodate any modifications to the order details. This includes address adjustments, item changes, and cancellation requests. I kindly request that you thoroughly review quantities, addresses, and items before finalizing your checkout.
Shipping to Europe Due to brexit new rules and taxes, I’m currently not shipping to Europe (unless it is the PRO KIT from the Facial Cupping Online Course for Professionals) until I find a sustainable solution. Please check back after Christmas. I hope to be back to Europe soon!
